🚨Denelle Dixon: Just back from Davos. Here's what stood out🚨
1. Digital assets won Davos. Every major bank, corporation, and finance giant was there—and the consensus was clear: financial services are the killer use case for blockchain. Digital assets weren't a side conversation. They were the conversation—how they can benefit businesses, retail, and SMEs alike.
2. The tech is ready. Privacy is what's needed next. Traditional finance knows blockchain works—the question is understanding how to adopt it safely. Privacy came up constantly—institutions need assurance that their competitive information stays protected. Solving this in 2026 is critical.
3. Trust is the word. Every traditional financial institution brought up trust. Our collective job is to prove blockchain is a trusted tool—not by talking the talk, but by walking the walk.
4. Open networks matter. There was strong consensus that financial infrastructure must remain open—no gatekeepers, no toll booths. Just like the internet enabled open content, we need permissionless networks so everyone can participate. Closed verticals defeat the purpose.
We're already working on each of these. Excited to tackle them together as an ecosystem.
